1:00 Modified Boys (unlimited entries)

1:20 Modified Girls (unlimited entries)

1:45 JV Girls (unlimited)

2:30 JV Boys (unlimited)

3:15 Varsity Girls (up to 10 entries)

3:45 Varsity Boys (up to 10 entries)



- DOWNLOAD COURSE MAP directly above by clicking on the icon. Maps will also be provided in packets.

- COURSE: The grassy course brings runners across school grounds and athletic fields with three major hill climbs, two of which are steep. Runners cross pavement but only briefly. The course is spectator-friendly, bringing runners in view of spectators four times during the varsity race.

- COACHES' MEETING at 12:30 at the awards tent.

- TROPHIES AND AWARDS: Plaques will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each of the Varsity Races. In addition, a plaque will be given to the individual winner of each Varsity Race. T-Shirts will be awarded to the top 10 runners in each race. Ribbons will be awarded to all runners in all races.

- REFRESHMENTS: The New Hartford XC Running Club will sell refreshments including healthier options such as bagels, energy bars, and sports drinks.

- ENTRY FEE: The entry fee will be $55.00 for a single team or $100.00 per school. The fee for single-gender school entries is $55.00. Individual runners may enter at $15/individual.
